Having completed and sold a high specification development project in the same terrace, PBL were keen to acquire a property with the same potential.

Purchased in 2007, PBL painstakingly gained planning permission to add a 650 sq ft basement, a 350 sq ft Mansard roof loft conversion and full width rear extensions to three floors. We have retained the front facade and the two party walls. Everything else within the property is brand new with five lateral floors created and completed it is now circa. 2850 sq ft.
The project began early September 2008 and was sold in September 2009, for the asking price, before going to market.
